Is this just a chatbot bolted onto our data?
No. The value is the commerce context underneath it, real products, orders, customers, vendors, and reservations, not a generic chatbot with no business knowledge. That context is what lets it answer specific questions and eventually act.
Do we need a data warehouse or BI tool first?
No. Commerce Intelligence is built on top of the commerce backend itself, so the reporting and the AI layer both work from the same live data, no separate pipeline required.
Can it actually take action, or just answer questions?
Both. It starts with understanding and reporting, and the same context layer lets it trigger workflows, like flagging inventory or drafting a recommendation, once you're ready for that.

This layer is built on top of a Multi-Vendor or Booking Commerce backend. If you're not on one yet, we'll usually start there and add intelligence and AI once the foundation is in place.
