Agentic Commerce
Make your commerce business agent-ready.
AI agents are changing how customers and businesses discover, buy, book, reorder and manage commerce. We build the infrastructure that lets those agents safely interact with your products, inventory, orders, customers and operations.

Commerce Is Changing
The next customer might not visit your website.
Commerce has traditionally been designed around people navigating websites and apps. Increasingly, AI agents can discover products and services, compare options, check availability, make recommendations and initiate transactions on someone's behalf.
For businesses, that creates a new infrastructure requirement. Commerce systems need to be understandable and actionable by people and agents.

What MCTEKK Builds
We build the layer agents need to do commerce.
AI is only useful when it has reliable access to business data and controlled ways of taking action. We connect and expose the commerce capabilities that make that possible, as one operational layer, not a pile of separate integrations.

FAQ
Common questions
Is agentic commerce just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. Agentic commerce means an AI agent can actually search your catalog, check real inventory, create a cart, reserve a booking, or place an order, using your real commerce data and business rules, not a scripted conversation layered on top.
Do we need to rebuild our existing systems?
No. MCTEKK connects your existing commerce backend, Shopify, ERP, CRM, booking software, payment provider, through a unified commerce layer that agents (and your website, app, and internal tools) can use. Nothing needs to be replaced.
How is this different from Commerce Intelligence + AI?
Commerce Intelligence + AI focuses on understanding your business, reporting, recommendations, natural-language questions about your data. Agentic commerce goes further: it's about agents taking real commerce actions on your infrastructure, searching, booking, ordering, reordering, on a customer's or business's behalf.
We're not on a Multi-Vendor or Booking Commerce backend yet. Can we still start here?
Agent-ready infrastructure is built on top of a commerce backend. If you're not running one with MCTEKK yet, we'll typically start there, then layer in agentic access once the foundation is in place.
What does 'agent-ready' actually require from our systems?
Structured, permissioned access to products, inventory, orders, customers, vendors and reservations, plus the business rules that govern them. That's the same commerce layer MCTEKK already builds, exposed in a way agents can reliably use.
Why MCTEKK
We've been building the infrastructure behind commerce for years.
Our background is in building commerce systems, integrations, operational layers, marketplaces, B2B commerce, booking systems and complex commerce workflows. Agentic commerce is an extension of that work. The interface is changing. The underlying commerce problems remain the same.
Our job is to make those systems work together and make them accessible to the next generation of commerce interfaces.
