Result: Launched a full DTC channel while enabling B2B ordering without upgrading to Shopify Plus.

What We Built

We designed the solution around Shopify for the customer-facing experience, with a middleware and integration layer handling the complexity behind it.

DTC storefront
A Shopify storefront provided the foundation for the new direct-to-consumer channel and the customer-facing shopping experience.

Custom B2B capabilities
Instead of relying on Shopify Plus for B2B functionality, we built a middleware layer that supported custom pricing, bulk ordering, and the workflows required for business customers.

NetSuite integration
Commerce and ERP operations were connected so orders and inventory could move between Shopify and NetSuite, allowing the new channel to work within the company's existing operational environment.

Flexible fulfillment architecture
The fulfillment integration was designed to support the company's provider transition rather than hardwiring the commerce experience to one fulfillment partner.

Impact

The project established more than a Shopify storefront. It created the infrastructure needed to operate DTC and B2B commerce alongside the company's existing systems.
